Cancelling an appointment
Please allow at least one day’s notice when cancelling an appointment and call us during office hours. This will allow us to offer your appointment time to patients on our waiting list.
We recognise that your time is valuable, and we make every effort to run on time. Occasionally emergencies or patients require a little more time, and these cause scheduling delays beyond our control. We apologise if we keep you waiting.
What to bring to your first appointment
Please be sure to bring the following with you to your appointment:
- The referral slip and any x-rays from your general dentist’s office.
- A list of medications you are presently taking.
- Any necessary dental insurance information if you have insurance.
- Drivers licence or photo ID.
Health insurance support
We have a HICAPS machine for efficient and easy payment processing for your private health fund claims.
Monday to Friday - 8.30am to 5.00pm
Weekend times are available by appointment.
We accept Cash, Cheque, Visa, MasterCard and Eftpos.
Visitor parking is available in the building and plenty of free on street parking is usually available too.
Bus services (North-West T-way bus services 2007) run along Norwest Boulevard, a short walk to the practice.
A train service will be available in 2019.
